Interests

Read more about my interests in teaching, research and collaboration.

Teaching at the undergraduate level, mainly at the Sport Management program, about the role of sport in society, for example in the courses "Social Science Perspectives on Sport" and "Sports, Ethics and Social Responsibility".

Teaches at advanced level in the Master's Programme in Sport Science on Qualitative Research Methods and Analysis.

Teaches and supervises at the doctoral level within the graduate schools School, Sports, Screen and SMOVE, as well as on qualitative methods.

Active at the intersection of sports science, youth research and cultural studies. Has expertise in cultural theoretical approaches, gender studies in sports and preferably qualitative methods.

Project leader for the CIF-funded research project "Change in practice – teenagers' affective and socio-cultural negotiations in the locker room"

Active researcher in the VR-funded research project "Movements and Transitions in Everyday School Life", which is located at Malmö University.

I am also a participant in the research group Research in Education & Movement Culture, which is an interdisciplinary research group that conducts research in the humanities and social sciences on movement, culture and society.

Collaboration at a collegial level takes place both nationally and internationally.

Between 2013 and 2021, he was the editor of the scientific journal "Young – Nordic Journal of Youth Research (Sage)".
