
On the 2nd of September 2017 there will be an international seminar about The future of fitness - Sports genetics, precision health and individualized training and exercise. The seminar starts at 08:00 am at Aula Medica at Karolinska Institutet.
Come and learn more about the most recent advances in precision health and the genetics of exercise and performance.
Discuss with some of the world's leading scientists in this field and find out what's going on at the forefront of precision health and exercise research. One of the scientists is Professor Izumi Tabata who designed the high intensity interval training called Tabata.
